Remember when George Carlin narrated the Thomas the Tank Engine stories?

This video includes typical George Carlin language. You’ve been warned.

Near Calera, I assume? Those tickets sell out in minutes.

65 south just south of 459. Also I have no idea what tickets you’re talking about.

The Heart of Dixie Railroad Museum in Calera — great little museum and they host a Day out with Thomas a couple times a year (nationwide traveling show)

George Carlin’s Harold the helicopter voice is one of my favourite things on kids tv ever. “Whi-zzo”

Thanks for posting this! My kid’s 5, and kind of aging out of Thomas now (sorta sad, but proud to see him growing up). I’ll miss watching it with him. It was so hard not to laugh so much while Carlin was narrating that I would have to explain why it was funny. Kind of like when Ringo Starr was narrating and Sir Topham Hatt was more properly known as “The Fat Director”. Can’t wait until he’s old enough to get the jokes behind it all.
